                                              TOBRAMYCIN                   STERILE OPHTHALMIC SOLUTION AND OINTMENT   DESCRIPTION: Tobramycin is a generic name, available in many trade names among these is Tobrex which is manufactured by Alcon a Novartis company. It is a sterile ophthalmic antibiotic formulation prepared specifically for topical therapy of external infections. This product is supplied in solution and ointment forms.  Each ml of solution contains Tobramycin 0.3% (3mg/ml), inactives and purified water and Benzalkonium chloride 0.01% as a preservative.
